We use only 99.995% pure special high-grade zinc to craft alloys through the precise introduction of titanium, copper and other metals. Based on the physical and mechanical requirements you specify, your alloy will be continuously cast and rolled into Solid Zinc Strip to gauges ranging from 0.0035 inches (0.089 mm) to 0.375 inches (9.525 mm).
To insure compliance with your expectations, our quality control technicians continuously monitor a variety of metallurgical parameters. Our ISO 9001:2000 registered facility tests for tensile strength, hardness, elongation and ductility. Jarden can also customize an inspection plan to meet your specific requirements.
